## Founding lifetime license

- Price: $199 USD (one-time)
- Billing: lifetime (not a subscription)
- Includes: Mix Builder now, plus roadmap modules when they ship
- Limits: Local analyze → arrange → render on your machine
- Platforms: macOS, Windows (Linux best-effort)
- Refund: 14 days if Mix Builder does not run on a supported setup after install docs
- Availability: Pre-order / waitlist

## Full suite (planned)

- Price: $399 USD (one-time reference price as the suite grows)
- Note: Founding buyers keep the included modules; price steps up as modules land

## Not included

- Your OpenAI / Gemini API costs (optional AI features use bring-your-own keys)
- A future paid v2 if the product is ever split that way
